2022-08-02 This is draft material with the mission to be made understandable also for those who are slaves under basic internalized Confirmation Bias without realizing it.
It is mainly right now with Swedish text as well as Swedish speaker text, but will be translated in due course. NOTE – everything below must be continuously updated, especially pedagogically after the material is tested and different patients have given feedback! Crucial is how the below can be made reasonably understandable!

A major problem is that these processes take place in the Limbic System, which means that we do NOT REALIZE such processes and their consequences directly and can critically examine (with e.g. from the perspective of metacognition) and elaborate imprinted/external (and internal!) inputs that occur lightning fast to our Limbic system, but take much longer for rational (human part of our brain) elaborating. Higher education can ”help”, but the very ”basic establishment” of Confirmation Bias is via internalization very early in our life!
It is evolutionary important for survival initially but can in (sub)culturally environments be gradually replaced by Thales principle (Summarized of the paradigm used by Bo von Schéele | Biopsychosocial Medicine ) where children are encouraged to elaborating/discussing/… gradually develop problems solving skills – in a friendly environment – then Confirmation Bias will not be a contra productive process!
